The wired MBus module plugs into the module slot of a Kamstrup MULTICAL 403 or 603 so the meter can be read over an MBus network. It works with battery supplied meters without affecting the battery life.

The MULTICAL 603 has two module slots and the MULTICAL 403 has one. The module fits the slot under the calculator cover, and the cover is marked with the module name, serial number and a QR code.
