The wireless MBus module plugs into the module slot of a Kamstrup MULTICAL 403 or 603 and sends readings by radio, so the meter can be read without a cable. The antenna connects to the module, and the meter can be read by a Sycous gateway or data logger.

The MULTICAL 603 has two module slots and the MULTICAL 403 has one. The module fits the slot under the calculator cover, and the cover is marked with the module name, serial number and a QR code.
