The software at a glance
IZAR@MOBILE 2 is the field tool for IZAR radio meters. Tours are planned in the office, carried out on site with a handheld and a radio receiver, and the readings are returned for billing and reporting.
How it works
- Reading tours are planned in IZAR@NET 2 or IZAR PLUS PORTAL, then loaded onto the handheld by USB, LAN or WLAN.
- The handheld picks up the meter radio messages through an IZAR OH BT or IZAR RECEIVER BT radio receiver, connected by Bluetooth.
- The engineer chooses a reading mode, then reads each meter automatically as they walk or drive past, or reads one meter at a time.
- Readings are saved against the tour and sent back to the portal locally by USB or remotely by FTP server.
Reading modes
Four modes are available: Automatic, Auto extended, Stop on alarms and Detailed. This lets the engineer choose between a fast sweep of a building and a closer look at each meter.
