Liberty 100 is a single-phase intelligent electricity meter designed to address the increasing demands for smart metering. It features a modular architecture that accommodates both WAN and HAN. This design allows for the deployment of various communication options. The modules can be replaced on-site, ensuring that the investment in the meter remains secure even if the communication technology needs to be updated during the meter's lifespan.
A communication module is pre-installed, serving as a hub for interaction between the head-end system and the gas meter or in-home display. Both the meter and the communication hub support remote firmware upgrades post-installation, facilitating changes to both features and functionalities. Liberty 100 is compatible with both credit and Pay As You Go (PAYG) operational modes.
