It shows residents how much energy they are using to heat and cool their home, as well as the amount of hot and cold water they use. Pipit 200 is part of the Secure Liberty Connect 200 smart metering solution and gives residents access to real time energy consumption data.
The Pipit 200 connects wirelessly to the smart meters, so there is nothing to plug in or set up. An engineer will already have installed and paired it. It can be used by customers who top up a PAYG meter and by customers who receive bills each month.
As Sycous is not the manufacturer of the Pipit 200 system, any faults should be reported to the Sycous team, who will contact the utility supplier on the resident’s behalf.
