The CMa30 turns a laptop into an MBus master. It is the tool an engineer reaches for when a single meter needs to be checked, addressed or fault found on site, or when a small MBus system needs a quick readout.

How it works
Install the drivers on the laptop once. When the CMa30 is plugged into a USB port it appears as a COM port, and any MBus reading software, such as MBSheet, can then talk to it. The CMa30 supplies the MBus voltage, sends the commands from the laptop to the meters and passes the replies back.
